At KUURTH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and hygiene seals are still intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and attach it firmly to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
